How Does Blooket Token Earning Work?

Tokens are the main currency in Blooket, earned by playing games and answering questions correctly. Each correct answer earns you a base number of tokens, which can be multiplied by the game mode you are playing, your streak of correct answers, and any active bonuses.

Token Earnings Formula:
    Base Tokens = Questions Correct × Base Token Rate
    Mode Bonus = Base Tokens × Game Mode Multiplier
    Total = Mode Bonus + Streak Bonus + Extra Bonuses

Accuracy Bonus:
    100% accuracy gives a bonus multiplier on top of your base earnings

Example: 15 correct out of 20, Tower Defense (x2), 5 streak bonus = ~65 tokens

Blooket Box Types and Token Costs

Space Box
Costs 25 tokens. Contains space-themed Blooks. Good starting box for new players looking to build their collection quickly.
Aquatic Box
Costs 50 tokens. Ocean-themed Blooks including fish, sharks, and sea creatures. Popular with players who enjoy the underwater theme.
Medieval Box
Costs 100 tokens. Knights, dragons, and castle-themed Blooks. A mid-tier box with a good balance of rarity distribution.
Gold Box
Costs 200 tokens. Premium box with higher chances of rare and epic Blooks. A favourite among dedicated players.
Safari Box
Costs 300 tokens. Animal-themed box with some of the rarest Blooks in the game. Best value for legendary hunters.
Breakfast Box
Costs 150 tokens. Fun food-themed Blooks. Contains a mix of common and uncommon items with occasional rare drops.

Understanding Blook Rarities

Every Blook in a box has a rarity tier that determines how likely you are to receive it when opening that box. Rarer Blooks require more box openings on average to obtain.

Common (75%)
The most frequently obtained Blooks. You will get these regularly just from playing. Good for filling out your collection quickly.
Uncommon (20%)
Slightly less frequent but still obtainable within a few box openings. A decent mid-point in rarity.
Rare (10%)
Takes an average of 10 box openings to obtain. Worth saving tokens for if a specific rare Blook catches your eye.
Epic (5%)
Expect to open around 20 boxes on average. Plan your token savings accordingly using the Box Calculator above.
Legendary (2%)
Very rare — average of 50 box openings needed. These Blooks are highly sought after and take significant token investment.
Chroma (0.5%)
Extremely rare animated Blooks. Average of 200 box openings. The most prestigious Blooks in the entire game.

Best Game Modes for Token Farming

Different Blooket game modes reward different amounts of tokens. Choosing the right mode for token farming can significantly increase how quickly you build your balance.

Tower Defense
One of the best modes for token farming with a x2 multiplier. Longer games mean more questions and more tokens per session.
Crypto Hack
Also offers a x2 multiplier. Fast-paced gameplay lets you answer many questions quickly, maximising tokens per minute.
Racing
x1.5 multiplier with competitive gameplay. Good for players who perform well under pressure and want quick sessions.
Classic
Standard x1 multiplier. The original Blooket mode — straightforward and reliable for consistent token earning.

How many tokens do you earn per game?
The average player earns between 20 and 60 tokens per game depending on the mode, accuracy, and length of the game. Tower Defense and Crypto Hack modes with high accuracy can yield 80 or more tokens per session.

What is the best box to open in Blooket?
It depends on your goals. If you want quantity, lower cost boxes like the Space Box (25 tokens) give you more opens per token. If you are hunting for rare or legendary Blooks, the Gold Box (200 tokens) or Safari Box (300 tokens) offer better odds per box for higher rarity items.

Can you get duplicate Blooks?
Yes — opening boxes can result in Blooks you already own. Duplicates do not have a special function but are part of the randomised box opening system. This is why the probability calculator above accounts for multiple desired copies.

Do tokens reset?
Tokens are spent when you open boxes and do not reset on their own. Your balance persists between sessions. However, spending decisions are permanent — once a box is opened, the tokens are gone regardless of the result.
